A new Liebherr mobile crane for Mantovani Global Services

The Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 mobile crane becomes the third mobile crane of Mantovani’s fleet.

Italian customer Mantovani Global Services purchased an LTM 1150-5.3. The new mobile crane successfully rounds off crane hire company’s fleet and is lined up next to an LTM 1100-5.2 and an LTM 1250-5.1. The 150-tonne-crane will be used for many different applications such as construction and naval port industries. 

“We wanted to complete our fleet and eventually the LTM 1150-5.3 was the best choice. The crane convinced us with its versatility, its boom length and VarioBase system. Despite its dimensions, the crane is compact, has great manoeuvrability,
and economic efficiency”, says owner Sandro Mantovani. The crane has a 66-metre-telescopic boom and when fully extended, it can lift more than nine tonnes. “Indeed, it can complete lots of jobs without requiring additional ballast transport vehicles”, says Mantovani.
