Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) is jointly organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, China Construction Machinery Society and Changsha Municipal People's Government.

Li Xiaobin, Deputy Secretary-General of Changsha Municipal People's Government, delivered a speech at the meeting: 2023 CICEE will continue to adhere to the concept of "globalization and specialization", and promote exhibitions with high standard and high quality. In the preparatory for the exhibition, the Changsha Municipal Government will invest financial support and provide preferential policies than the previous editions, and work with the elites of the global construction machinery industry to create a world-class construction machinery industry event.

The exhibition area of CICEE 2023 is 300,000 square meters, with 12 indoor halls and 7 outdoor exhibition halls set up. There are 20 specific professional exhibition areas including concrete machinery, crane machinery, construction machinery, earth-moving machinery, scraper machinery, road machinery, marine machinery, tunnel boring machinery, piling machinery, logistics machinery, mining machinery, emergency rescue industry chain, special engineering vehicles, aerial working platform, underground construction equipment, municipal construction equipment, natural disaster prevention equipment, agricultural machinery, intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet, and construction machinery industry chain. The investment invitation work has been fully launched in March this year, and 36% of the investment invitation and exhibitor recruit work has been completed. In terms of forum activities, the planning of 21 international forums and the organization and preparation of three major competition events have been completed.

The CICEE organizing committee has established overseas workstations in France, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Chile, India and other countries by means of self-construction and agency cooperation. cooperating with 60 international organizations such as India NRM & CW Media Group, Latin American Hongzhan Group, Southeast Asian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, etc., to establish a preliminary overseas procurement network, and it is expected that more than 30,000 international buyers will participate in the exhibition. In the future, the CICEE organizing committee will organize a series of international promotion conferences in Macau, Germany, Japan and South Korea, and Southeast Asia to launch international investment invitation. Judging from the current exhibitor agreement signing situation, CICEE 2023 will have more than 30 companies among the world's top 50 construction machinery manufacturers participating in the exhibition.
