HİDROMEK will exhibit its innovative products at Samoter 2020

HİDROMEK, whose construction machines work in more than 100 countries, will exhibit its innovative products at Samoter 2020 Fair in Stand No. 5-8 in Area F. HİDROMEK has won two awards in Samoter Innovation Award 2020, an international technical innovation competition organized as part of the fair, with the powerful and efficient HMK 230 NLC crawler excavator which belongs to the new innovative H4 Series.

HİDROMEK, a globally known manufacturer of construction machinery, was founded in Ankara, Turkey in 1978. HİDROMEK manufactures backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders and soil compactors in six production facilities including 4 factories in Ankara, 1 factory in İzmir and 1 factory in Thailand. The new production facility located in an area of 1.4 million m2 in Ankara has been continuing.

TWO AWARDS TO HİDROMEK IN SAMOTER INNOVATION AWARD 2020

Creating the difference in design of construction machinery, HİDROMEK has crowned its accomplishment with many awards. Until today, HİDROMEK has won 18 design awards including the international awards such as Red Dot Best of the Best, If Design, German Design, Automotive Brand Contest and Good Design. 

In the Samoter Innovation Award 2020, HİDROMEK has won two important awards; “Technical Innovation Award” and the award in the “Design special category” with the HMK 230 NLC. The product which is equipped with advanced technology belongs to H4 Series. 

THE NEW H4 SERIES IS FASTER, MORE PRODUCTIVE AND MORE EFFICIENT

Offering high performance, HİDROMEK's new H4 Series excavators stand out with their operating speed. H4 Series excavators, which are produced to be faster, more productive and more efficient with its developed hydraulic system design, produce more work with less fuel. Therefore, HİDROMEK excavators are more profitable and efficient than ever. 

During the design process with the aim of rendering the use of the machine easier for the operator, H4 Series has an electronic system with an increased capacity facilitating to find out the condition of the machine and its integration with additional equipment. H4 cabins are designed and built to offer maximum safety and durability under ROPS & FOPS standards. The red handles and warning labels on the new series of the machines are designed to increase the operator’s safety to the highest level. H4 Series giving particular importance to work safety enhance great visibility by reducing blind spots to minimum with the right side and rear cameras. In addition, due to LED headlamps on H4 Series excavators, night vision capacity is significantly improved.

Along with the award-winning HMK230 NLC, HİDROMEK will exhibit HMK 145 LC SR, HMK 310 NLC and HMK 390 NLC crawler excavators which all belong to H4 Series at Samoter 2020 Fair.

One of these products is HMK 635 WL wheel loader which will also be exhibited at Samoter 2020. 

HMK 635 WL wheel loader is attracting attention with its high engine power, performance and its features enabling it to be used in heavy working conditions. The product is more environmentally friendly and productive with Stage V engine. With its MTU Mercedes engine, HMK 635 WL shortens the cycle times and provides high load in a short time. HMK 635 WL operates with high efficiency and low fuel consumption. HMK 635 WL, which stands out with its high breakout force, dump clearance and traction, is frequently used in mining and stone quarries, batch plant and industrial applications.

HMK 635 WL gives particular importance to comfort and high safety with its ergonomic operator cabin having ROPS / FOPS certificates. With seat heating, reversing camera, touch screen, electrically controlled and heated mirror, HMK 635 WL offers high level comfort. HMK 145 LC SR IS THE SMART OF THE CITY WITH ITS VERSATILE USAGE

HMK 145 LC SR, with its sharp and dynamic lines, is an urban excavator reflecting the design language of HİDROMEK. It is designed to work with power and precision in urban areas and narrow spaces, aiming to avoid the risk of damage and improving safety in all fields and conditions. HMK 145 LC SR has a short turning radius with its two piece boom type and compact layout. Therefore, it can be preferred especially for construction, landscape, material laying and leveling work in narrow spaces. In addition, it can be used in various works with different attachment options.

HMK 145 LC SR, possessing compact exterior structure and strong chassis, is designed in order to get maximum performance. HMK 145 LC SR crawler excavator aims to make the operator feel as comfortable and relaxed as in an office. For this purpose, Opera Control System is used to facilitate the easy use of the machine. Big touch screen and 2 joysticks consoles are positioned for the best ergonomics and provide easy and safe operation. Also, its ROPS featured cabin provides a safe space for the operator.  The machine also has great cabin visibility.
