Fleet extends with Nano SP, Power Tower and Pecolift

Power Towers Ltd, a JLG company and a leading global low-level access manufacturer, announces today that more Power Towers’ machines have been added to the Loxam fleet in the Netherlands. The purchase agreement was signed at the International Bouwbeurs in Utrecht earlier this month, the Netherlands.

Loxam wants to be at the forefront in the access equipment rental business,” says Marc Haverschmidt, General Manager Loxam Nederland. He continues, “Power Towers is a valuable partner who manufactures reliable low-level access products that meet the need for our customers to replace more traditional means of access with safer solutions that add to their bottom line.”

Danny Wesselius, Fleet Manager Loxam Nederland adds to the above; “With the addition of the Power Towers product to our fleet, we fulfill a need from our customers for a more diversified product offering. Jobs need to be completed at an increasingly rapid pace and these products fill the gap when our customers seek an alternative solution for their work at height.

Loxam invested in the award-winning Pecolift, equipped with a patented ‘stored power system’ and requires no batteries or oil. The Pecolift offers a working height of 3.5m and a footprint less than 1 meter by 70cm. Ideal for finish work in construction and facility management. Additionally, a number of Nano SP’s were purchased, a self-propelled 4.5m working height MEWP with a tiny working footprint and a large platform size (1.5m x 0.73m) when the deck is extended. Lastly the Power Tower – a heavy duty self-propelled scaffold tower – will be delivered. Offering a working height of 5.1m and a safe working load of 250kgs, the Power Tower is an ideal replacement for more traditional means of access.

Across the globe we see an increased readiness for low-level access,” comments Jonathan Dawson, Managing Director for Power Towers. “Our products deliver a positive contribution on jobsites, particularly in the area of worksite safety and efficiency. We are extremely pleased with this significant fleet extension from Loxam in the Netherlands.”
