Multitel Pagliero MS100: a new concept of aerial platform

The idea started from specific requests coming from the market and from customer who are requiring an high capacity platform on a 3,5 tons truck for some specific application such installation/maintenance of material on tunnels, road lights road signs.

The new platform has two section telescopic aluminum boom with a generous platform of more than 6 square meters (3.3x 1.85m) with a working height of 10 meters.

With a platform capacity of 400kg it also includes up to 500mm of lateral movement secured by hydraulic cylinders. This extra movement make the MS100 even more versatile. The ideal solution for works in tunnels, road lighting work and even Airports/aircrafts maintenance activities.

The lift is mounted on 3.5 tons euro 6 chassis with an overall width of 1.9 meters, including stabilizers.

The unit work up to six meters working height without outriggers and can drive with the operator on the basket and one in the cabin, thanks to two hydraulic motors that secure a travel at speeds of up to 5kph while elevated. Automatic stabilization and automatic home boom repositioning, guarantee quick set up.

This is a clear sign about how Multitel can adapt his design capabilities and his manufacturing versatility to specific customer and market expectation.
