For all levelling, excavation or backfilling operations, or to get uniform working planes in the most various working sites, from the road maintenance to the agricultural operations, mainly special equipment such as graders od dozer blades are used. In the last few years, research produced tools allowing the use of skid steer loaders. Furthermore, the constantly growing need for an increased precision degree in the plane construction has convinced major manufacturers of earth-moving machines and equipment to develop and launch systems able to grant the full control of the levelling steps.

In 2012, Cangini company, thanks to its staff of the Research & Development dept., answered to the market demand and developed its Laser Dozer Blade: the same resistance of a dozer blade, with the added value of a latest generation multi-sensor system for the laser levelling, that allows the highest precision degree. Due to the continuous experiments on its own test fields, to the constant work of technological implementation and to the rich relationship with those customers that often support the company during the test sessions, “when they are considered essential – explains Giorgio Cangini, President of the company –  the required improvements are adopted and made available to everyone”.

Today, the Laser Dozer Blade is one of the main attachments of the Italian company that benefits from a catalogue of 80 attachment tools for the most different fields, from the earthmoving to the recycling, from the road to the green maintenance. This kind of attachments is often “accompanied” to its destination by “Mobile Service”: this is not only a technical assistance service, as commonly considered, but it’s also a real mobile staff devoted to the technical training of Cangini customers. The Mobile Service technicians are prepared to support the customer, showing the essential steps of the attachment installation and its correct usage

Recently, the Mobile Service has accompanied the Laser Dozer Blade to Belgium, to our important Cat dealer, Bergerat Monnoyeur. The installation and the test phases have been a full-immersion experience in Cangini World. “We have shown – explains our Head of the Mobile Service – the essential installation steps and those aspects that have to be carefully controlled, so that the laser signal is constantly read in the best way”.
