Two used Potain MC 120B tower cranes in Azerbaijan

Two used Potain MC 120B tower cranes sold in Azerbaijan to head up distinguished local project.

Two used Potain MC 120B tower cranes have been sold to Azinvest, one of Azerbaijan’s leading construction companies. The cranes were purchased by Azinvest through local Manitowoc dealer AS Texnika and sourced through Manitowoc’s extensive global network for used cranes. Azinvest has previously collaborated closely with AS Texnika so was immediately interested in adding Potain cranes to its latest project in Karabagh.

The cranes are working on a new wellness center in Kalbajar, nestled in the picturesque Karabagh region. AS Texnika and Manitowoc joined forces to give them a full refurbishment to ensure they were in the best possible condition and to deliver an ‘as new’ feel. A comprehensive refurbishment process included refitting the operator cabs and replacing all essential components including the power cables and ropes. Earlier this year Carina El Rkaiby, Manitowoc regional sales manager for tower cranes for Middle East, Africa, and CIS, visited AS Texnika to discuss the Company’s ongoing success and to present an award for its exemplary sales and service support in the local market.
