Two welcome new additions to the Rotar static pulveriser range

Incredible cutting power combined with easy to replace wear parts make the Rotar Static Pulverizer the perfect concrete pulveriser for secondary demolition.

The RSP-series can easily crush the concrete and remove the rebar.

Previously we had 2 models, now we have 4!  The 25S and the 30S are already in our range.  Now we are delighted to introduce the RSP 20S for 16-25 ton machines and the RSP 40S for 32-50 ton machines.

All four of our RSPs come with key features typical of the high quality our customers come to expect from Rotar.

They all come with flexible wear parts interchangeable with the other products in our range.  Therefore all parts are readily available to ensure quick turnaround for servicing and repairs, resulting in less downtime.

A minimalistic design ensures we only include what’s needed.  There’s no need for complexity.  For example, the speed valve is based on a simple cartridge design, which can be preset on site, meaning no adjustment is necessary.  If it fails, it can be easily replaced.

The Key Features of the RSP are: replaceable and reversible crusher teeth; centre teeth – optimum penetration of the concrete; cross mounted hydraulic cylinder providing exceptional force; speed valve for faster cycle times - switches from speed to power mode as soon as the job requires cutting power; special high performance steel for main body; Hardox used as a lamination at the wear and tear points; large diameter hoses, bores and pipes reduce the return pressure to provide maximum cutting force.
