Zoomlion Europe at Bauma brought lightness and compactness

The product range specifically for European customers on display at the Zoomlion stand: tower cranes, mobile cranes, and truck-mounted pumps.

Zoomlion Europe is at Bauma with lifting products that, four years after being introduced on the European market with the opening of the Italian hub in Senago (Milan), are available in complete, optimised ranges to meet practical operator requirements. The range of machines distributed by Zoomlion Europe includes AWPs, tower cranes, and mobile cranes. 

The brand-new ATC 1000 all terrain crane, designed and built in Italy for Europe. Completely equipped with European-made components, this crane is on par with the latest innovations in terms of safety and reliability, while also being the most competitive solution to increase profitability. ATC 1000 can lift up to 100 tons and extends to a maximum height of 71 meters. Easy maintenance, being simple and intuitive, makes it accessible to all technicians. The ATC 960 crane, not on display at Bauma, is also part of the all terrain range and lifts up to 60 tons.

The Zoomlion ATC 400C City Crane is lightweight and powerful with a maximum load capacity of 40 tons; it weighs no more than 24 tons and has a maximum transfer speed of 65 km/h. The performance is unbeatable both off-road and on-road. A unique solution that expands the areas of application and, in fact, makes it ideal for working in warehouses with limited movement space and perfect for quick operations. The innovative traction and suspension system also ensures unbeatable performance in off-road applications.

The RTC 500 rough terrain crane, a lightweight crane also designed and built in Italy, is powerful and has a maximum load capacity of 50 tons. It features a 37.1-meter 4-section telescopic boom with 2 telescoping modes and continuous 360° rotation. These features, combined with its extremely compact size, make the RTC 500 ideal for working in spaces with limited room for movement and perfect for pick&carry operations. Transport from one construction site to another is quick, easy, and requires no special permits. The innovative traction and suspension system ensures unbeatable performance in off-road applications.

R90 and R220 tower cranes, reliable, quick, easy to assemble and service. Leveraging over 60 years of know-how in tower crane design, Zoomlion has developed a wide range of machines, working on key global markets. Zoomlion Europe distributes a complete range of models in Europe, including the R90 and R220 flat-tops that can respectively move loads up to 5 and 10 tons along 50 and 65 meters. Each model can be custom-configured, as the entire range has extensions from 50 to 80 meters and maximum load capacity from 5 to 20 tons. The R line features a new “Round” tower section, which optimises the space occupied during transport and makes assembly and disassembly faster without compromising efficiency or function.

Completing the European selection is the ZL36 and ZL43 truck-mounted pump range, designed and built to support every type of construction site application. Their extreme simplicity makes them ready to be handled even by less experienced operators. The ZL43 is premiering in Europe with a 43-meter RZ folding 5-section boom installed on a sturdy, reliable frame.
